About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and Iowa and I have practiced in a variety of medical settings over the last two decades including outpatient mental health clinics, primary care and OBGYN clinics, and most recently at the UCHealth Integrative Medicine clinic.
I have expertise in perinatal mental health, health psychology, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about supporting parents/soon to be parents as well as healthcare providers with stress and work life balance. I have additional expertise in mindfulness based cognitive therapy (combination of CBT and mindfulness). I also serve on the board of the Colorado Psychological Association.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, photography and doing just about anything in the mountains.

Treatment Approach
I have an integrative and personalized approach to treatment, taking into account all aspects of a person’s wellbeing including social/emotional functioning and physical health.
I utilize evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Interventions.
I believe people get just as much from what they do outside of our visits as they do from sessions, so I focus on things clients can work on in between our visits to get the most from treatment.
I appreciate and value diversity in all its forms both personally and professionally and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all my clients. Cultural competency was a foundational aspect of my training as a psychologist and I am committed to ongoing growth and development in the areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
